All Performances Auditions & Rehearsals Studio Closed Observation Weeks Other Holidays 📅 Studio Calendar (DMNYC) INVESTMENT Tuition & Fees Tuition is a yearly fee (10 months, September–June) split into 10 equal monthly payments, based on total weekly class hours. Hours / Week Monthly Tuition 💳 Registration Fee $30 for the 1st student, $15 for the 2nd, $5 for the 3rd. Charged in August, before classes begin. 📆 Payment Due Dates All payments (and auto-billing) run on the 1st of each month, for that month's classes. ✍️ Cancellations Please give 10 days' notice to cancel, or to change your payment method — email info@dancemattersnyc.com. How payments work + • Automatic billing is our preferred method — add a card, debit card, or bank account at registration. It runs on the 1st of each month; if it fails, you have until the 10th to update your info before a late fee applies. • Cash or check is also accepted (payable to Dance Matters NYC, student's name included/on the envelope) — given to the front desk. A card on file is still required even if you plan to pay this way. • Tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. • Uniform fees are due upon issuance of the uniform. Recital and costume fee due dates are announced during the year. Uniform fees: $25 leotard (Tiny Tots – Level 1), $30 leotard (Level 2 – Level 6/7), $10 tights, $25 T-Shirt (Hip-Hop, male identifying dancers), $30 Jazz Pants (Levels 1 – 7) TAKE THE STAGE Yearly Performances Performing isn't mandatory, but it's an essential (and fun!) part of a performing arts education — every division from Tiny Tots to Level 6/7 gets a chance on the mainstage.
